Noxigen is a tool used by The Ixlarien Collective, the effect of Noxigen is similiar to that of the Assasin's Poisonous Atmosphere ability. The difference between the two are mainly aesthetical but there are practical differences, for example the Noxigen damages the planet less and only causes severe atmosphere and lowers the Terrascore instead of completely destroying it. this power is similar but not as power ful as The Xena Plague ability of the Mad Scientist empires
