Cecil has been a sound editor for Hanna Barbera since 1981 and has done editing for The Jetsons and the 13 Ghosts Of Scooby Doo. He has also edited the underrated film Into the Homeland in 1987, the WWE Film No Holds Barred in 1989; and the special anti-drug show Cartoon All-Stars to The Rescue before moving to DTVA and doing sound editing for Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers and TaleSpin. Cecil started with Hanna Barbara in 1979 with The All New Popeye Hour. Working for Sam Horta Editorial and Sound he worked on HB (Pirates of Darkwater, Smurfs, Gobots, 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo etc.), Flimation (Ghostbusters, She-Ra etc.) and Sunbrow/TMS (Galaxy High, Visionaries, Bionic Six etc.).
