The Supreme Court of Québec (French:) is the highest court in Québec, and its rulings are final, except in constitutional issues, which are determined by the Constitutional Court of Québec. The Supreme Court consists of eight justices, plus a Chief Justice. All Justices and the Chief Justice are appointed by the President on approval of the National Assembly, and serve until the age of seventy-five.
