Party as Jess's Apartment is the personal space attached to the Xi Museum. It is a split-level apartment with balcony. Music plays on the lower level and crowd chatter fills the upper level. There are exits to the Central Plaza and the Xi Museum. The picture safe contains Xi collectible #3. To open it, you must use clues in the apartment to figure out the safe code.
