Torel Vorne was the most powerful crime lord on the planet. The atmosphere of the planet was full of toxins and acid rain from the industrial plants. Prolonged exposure to the atmosphere without a breath mask could cause permanent lung damage. Medical Supervisor Sena Pakkallo served there briefly, providing hygiene instruction to locals.
