The Dorvish military academy system has developed over the course of history with its most recent boom being accredited to the Dorvish resurgence in the field of international affairs. The 11th Directorate of Education of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Dorvik was responsible for the military programs of the Armed Forces of Dorvik. Since the reformation of the General Staff to the Supreme General Staff the Military Education Department of the Central Office is responsible for the military academies and military education of Dorvik. Underneath the leadership of former Minister of Defense and Generalfeldmarschall Bonifaz Voll the majority of Dorvish military academies were closed to both reduce cost and create a smaller, more professional officer corps.
