Over the next several generations House Hagal allied itself with the Imperial House Corrino. In 10036 AG the 80th Padishah Emperor Elrood Corrino IX marrried Yvette Hagal on Kaitain. Their youngest daughter, Princess Edwina Corrino married into House Richese. After Elrood's death, House Hagal saw its authority decline. By the time Paul Atreides rose to become Padishah Emperor House Hagal was a shadow if its former self.
