Tenōkami Ōtsutsuki is one of the few remaining member's of the equally feared and revered Ōtsutsuki clan, currently roaming the lands looking to battle strong opponents. In fact he is one of the even fewer Ōtsutsuki to not have been stationed on the moon. He currently does not belong to any village, instead roaming between all of them, occasionally working as a haired gun for the highest bidder.
