The Spacemen Military Complex was located in a large domed city on the Spacemen Homeworld. It was there that a scientific military experiment was underway to get Spacemen to Earth, allowing them to breathe her atmosphere, this being in preparation for an invasion. The invasion was thwarted however, by Superboy and his superdog Krypto.
