When arguing before Congress regarding housing funding for Katrina survivors, he had the unmitigated gall to ask his more esteemed colleagues "on the other side of the aisle", "when and where are you going to house these people?" Good question, Mr. Watt. But, have you considered that if these people haven't found housing in the 17-18 months since that tiny storm wet their houses, isn't that their choice?
