Evil Tommy Pickles is a creepy version of Tommy Pickles from an episode of Rugrats. Chuckle was having a dream when the babies went to see Tommy's dog Spike, who spoke with a British accent and invited them for tea. After noticing that Spike wasn't supposed to talk, Chuckie asked Tommy what was going on, and Tommy turned around with bulging eyes, big ears, a big nose, and a weird tongue and says "I'M NOT TOMMY!" with maniacal laughter, waking Chuckie up.
