The Judge is an antagonist from the short Machinima: The Minors. He was tasked with given a trial to two minors who committed crimes against the Covenant. During the trial, he was called by one of his friends and then ended the call, telling the Minors that it is a 2 hour lunchtime for them to let them have 2 hours of being free elites. He sent out a Ranger Elite who came fourth in best top ten Covenant soldiers to spy on them.
