Mysterious Enemy Part 3!, or Wrath of Carnax!, was a quest given by Warlic that once continued the build-up of Carnax's return, but was modified follow the saga's ending, now available on the Guardian Tower. It is the only available (non-Rare) Mysterious Enemy quest, if modified.
