John Nathan Deal is a Republican in Georgia who is the current governor. He is known for taking out the entire Dekalb Board of Education (which is a slight bit more valuable than spending all the money on fishing). However; he made a ridiculous comment on the integration of Wilcox High proms by calling them "silly liberals". Deal opposed an improvement to medical care in Georgia which could have got 650,000 low-income Georgians medical cover. Polls showed the majority of Georgians supported the expansion to Medicaid.
