Part of the Special Operations Network, SO-14 is the Tactical Support Unit. They provide cover and backup for apprehending the most dangerous criminals. From the official SpecOps website: "Here at SO-14 we have killed less civilians per successful mission than any other SpecOps division - a boast we can be justly proud of."
