Washington's 3rd District, The Fightin' 3rd! is home to Washington's state capital, Olympia, which itself is home to the world's first Dairy Queen soft-serve ice cream machine, a triumphant comeback after the dismal failure of the soft-serve hamburger machine. It's scrump-meaty-licious! The 3rd is also considered the birthplace of grunge music, which demonstrated the tragic results when white artists don't steal from black musicians. The 3rd is home to sea lions who are quickly becoming endangered under the "Endangered Salmon-Predation Act". It is currently represented by Brian Baird.
