Vellgander stands as a collossal city-sized palace that once served as the Yshrenian empire's capital. It has 10 stories and a throne chamber at the very bottom. It's guarded by several extremely powerful foes, even Incorruptus, such as a Moon Maiden Knight and two other black and yellow Knights. You and your GeoNet friends must use this as a quest, as doing it alone is extremely difficult.
