The spisode replays the ending of the previous episode with dark TRUNKS saying "I think it's time to end this. Have fun in the afterlife, Saiyans". After he does so, he releases a massive burst of energy, sending all of them flying back into the ground. "Now, DIE!" dark TRUNKS yells out as he fires an energy volley at Vegeta. It explodes upon contact. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARG!" Vegeta yells out in agony. The smoke clears from the explosion, revealing Vegeta back in his base form laying in a small crater. "Dad, Vegeta is going to be okay, right?" Gohan asks.
