Augustine's Panacea are a legendary quiver for the Demon Hunter in Diablo III. It requires character level 50 to drop. In patch 2.4.1, it replaced the Meticulous Bolts. The unique affix affects each rune of the Elemental Arrow differently. Ball Lightning essentially zaps each target more times before it travels too far from it (total distance it covers does not change). Other runes get multiplicative increases in damage and secondary effects.
