The roots of the Vaygr War are very deep indeed, going back all the way to a time before the rise of modern civilization. According to the doctrines of many religions there was, in the time before the First Time, the reign of the gods, led by Sajuuk, He Whose Hand Shapes What Is. During this time Sajuuk forged the Three Hyperspace Cores whose capability went far beyond that accomplished by any race since. In time he scattered the Cores, leaving them for his chosen one, the Sajuuk-Khar, to gather and return to him.
