Sarian term for president, or elected leader of the Caspian Democratic Union. The Presav would act as the face of Caspian culture, and could bring policy to vote by the Union Assembly. The cabinet of ministers, made up of the twelve senators, the ministers of diplomacy, and commissioners of various departments, would be chaired by the Presav. Furthermore, one of these ministers would be designated as the Presav's vice-president. Traditionally, this vice-president has been the Commissioner of Commerce or the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
