One day, Oscar snuck into the library. He stole Arthur's books. He then stole Francine's books. He stole Buster's library card. They were unhappy to see this. They did not see Oscar, just their vacant hands. Then, Oscar recycled Binky's books. Then, he stole Thomas' delivery. After that, he saw Barney. Barney asked Oscar if he could help him out. Oscar was mad. "I refuse to help," he said. Barney was mad. "Oh, you, Oscar!" Then Oscar came up to Mr. Ratburn. Mr. Ratburn was cross. "You have caused confusion and delay!" he yelled. Oscar was tossed out of PBS Land. The end
