A Querist was a person in a high ranking position at the time of the Lyrinx War. They were third in the chain of command, behind perquisitors and scrutators. A querist was usually in charge of a city or town and reported all goings on to their ranking perquisitor or scrutator. They gathered information and were often in charge of the Councils intelligence agencies.
