The TIE/x experimental starfighter or the TIE/x1 for short was a ship in use by the Galactic Empire. It was introduced in 18 BBY. It was tested on Admiral Demetrius Zaarin's ships and was produced in limited numbers. The few fighters built saw action up to the Battle of Endor, and remained in Imperial Remnant service afterwards.
