The O_o ProtectoRIte Agreement was a ProtectoRIte between the Random Insanity Alliance and O_o (later the Maroon Confederation of Allied Nations). It was announced on September 25, 2008 and the treaty remained in effect until the end of March/beginning of April when MCAN collapsed and became defunct. The following is an agreement between the two alliances, O_o and RIA, to ensure that O_o can grow and prosper.
