He was one of the six Specters that attacked Phoenix Ikki at the Wailing Wall when he was about to cross the inter-dimensional space between Hades and Elysion because they believed he had killed Pandora. He was easily defeated along his companions by Ikki's "Ho Yoku Ten Sho", making him one of the last Specters to be killed. From the Water Margin story, his star originates from the character Zhou Tong.
