If you experience any un-toon-like behavior (which may be in violation of the rules), you can use this button to report their logs to a moderator to review. If you report someone on your friend list, they will be removed from your friends list. If a reported toon wasn't violating the rules, the person who reported them could get their account suspended instead of the toon who was reported as punishment.
