This talisman used to belong to Sandor Kunger, nick-named 'The Dragon', and it can be found in a barrel at the crime scene, in the alley behind the Fleet-Footed Ferret tavern in Ugdan Harbor. If you show it to Aline at the tavern, she will confirm that it was the Dragon's talisman.
