Dr. Luis Arreglo was a professor who was a good friend of Faith Harrington. Dr. Arreglo fell under harsh criticism after he signed a deal with Q-Corp, one of the most hated Corporations in the world. Dr. Arreglo was to attend a conference in Sydney, Australia, which Faith flew to in order to protest. Dr. Arreglo finally met up with Faith and her new boyfriend, Oscar, in his hotel room, and Dr. Arreglo was murdered when he was stabbed by Oscar with a syringe and had snake venom injected into him.
