The 2003 Pepsi 300 was a Busch Series event held at Nashville Superspeedway on April 12, 2003. Johnny Sauter tried desperately to win the event, but a little nudge from David Green on the last lap allowed Green to win his first race since 1995, besting Sauter by nearly half a second.
