The Bolian restaurant was a restaurant serving Bolian food which opened on Deep Space 9's Promenade in 2372. That year, Kira Nerys proposed that she and Shakaar Edon eat there, but warned him of the Bolian cuisine as the offered meat was partially decayed. Undeterred, he agreed and suggested they dine there at 1900 hours. (DS9: "Crossfire")
