The Tahv Constabulary was the police force of the Lost Tribe of Sith's capital city of Tahv on the planet Kesh. At the time of Hilts Restoration they were led by the Prefect of Police, princess Takara Hilts. In 2974 BBY, members of the Tahv Constabulary led by Prefect Takara Hilts apprehended Parlan Spinner, an outlaw and anarchist who had attempted to assassinate Grand Lord Varner Hilts during the celebrations commemorating the first landings of the Lost Tribe on Kesh during the Great Hyperspace War.
