Nicholas, 4th Graf Michels (full name: Nicholas Norbert Thomas, Graf Michels von Bad Phönixspring), commonly known as Klaus Michels, is a Hulstrian Hosian Democratic politician and the great-grandson of the Hulstrian and Gao-Showan "Father of the Constitution", Thomas, Graf Michels. Since 3556, Klaus Michels has been the leader of the Hosianisch-Demokratisches Verbund, having been elected on a platform of "Septembrist renewal" to be championed by the long-time natural party of government. From 3558 through 3574, he has served as Staatsminister of Hulstria and Gao-Soto, leading first a HDV single-party government and then a HDV-LVP coalition.
