T'Leikha was a female Romulan who served the Romulan Star Empire in the 22nd century. Her position as First Consul went as far back as the year 2155 when she used her influence to free Admiral Valdore from his imprisonment in order to spearhead a new offensive against the Coalition of Planets. (ENT novel: The Good That Men Do) In 2156, T'Leikha and Valdore conspired together to kill Praetor D'deridex. Later, T'Leikha conspired with Nijil to kill Valdore, but this attempt was unsuccesful.
