Dibra Born was an individual who served as the President of Sermeria and a noble of the Sermerian First House during the time of the Galactic Republic, in the years leading up to the Clone Wars. Circa 22 BBY, a suspicious package arrived at the House's government building in Addolis, the planet's capital. It was presented to both Born and Senator Ister Paddie and it was decidedly dangerous, so the government was forced to shut down for a time while a bomb squad and the Sermerian Bio-League contained the threat.
