Dr Monica Felton (23 September 1906 - 3 March 1970) was a lecturer and Labour Party politician. She was elected to the London County Council in 1937 to represent St Pancras South West. While on the LCC she was chairman of the Supplies Committee, 1939–41 and a member of the Housing and Town Planning Committee. She worked in the Ministry of Supply and as a clerk in the House of Commons during World War Two. She gave lectures on behalf of the University of London to members of the forces and was a governor of the London School of Economics.
