Glen Mazzara was one of the lead writers and producer of The Shield. Mazzara has written for other television shows such as Nash Bridges (with head writer Shawn Ryan), Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior (starring Forest Whitaker and David Marciano) and The Walking Dead (co-starring Laurie Holden and Jose Pablo Cantillo).
