This Savage beast is the 5th bastard son of DIO, birthed by a random canon background character in Season 1. His Stand is called Hepatitis C. In season 2, he is seen walking in the background already fully grown. He is part of the SCS, and has an obsession with kabobs, which is ironic considering his name.
