Vinnie Penna (born May 8, 1972, New York, New York, USA), also credited as Wayne Grayson, is an American voice actor. He has notably voiced Hellmaster Fibrizo from Slayers NEXT and Palu from Slayers TRY in the Slayers anime. Other notable roles include Katsuya Jonouchi (Joey Wheeler) in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, Ruka in Legendary Girl Utena, and Michaelangelo in the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
