is a Chūnin from Senpūgakure, and the de facto "leader" of Team 77. He is the only known recipient of the Senrigan, a type of eye jutsu that initially allows Neibu to view several seconds into the future, but is increased as he uses it. Neibu is the main protagnist of Naruto: Whirlwind Saga.
