Admiral Bai Sen was an Imperial admiral tasked with overseeing the creation of an Interplanetary ion cannon, a massive super weapon which could vaporize a planet's atmosphere. However, he was betrayed and murdered by the Grand Moff of the sector, Ozzaris Vlanc, and was blamed for the cannon's destruction.
