Shingan (心眼; literally meaning "Mind Eye") is an ancient and very rare Dōjutsu that is possessed by Mikura. She received the eye by murdering an entire clan. She kept the strongest eye to herself and she sold the remaining ones in the black market. The eyes of the user of this technique aren't distinct, as it happens with the Byakugan, where the user has white eyes. The users of Shingan have regular eyes.
