Bobby Lopez is, by his own admission, a pickpocket and street thief, but he is also, to his eternal horror, the man that made "47 Seconds" matter, because he stole and then dumped a backpack which, unbeknownst to him, contained a bomb, thereby causing the deaths of five people, and injury to twenty-eight others.
