It is made by using a gold bar on a furnace while having a amulet mould and a dragonstone in your inventory. You then use a ball of wool on the resulting unstrung dragonstone amulet to string it. It can be crafted at level 80 and provides 150 experience. It can then be enchanted using the spell Enchant lvl-5 amulet to turn it into a Dragonstone Amulet.
