Gremlyn was a robotic villain from the year 5000AD. It was capable of absorbing the electrical energy from an entire city, rendering technologically-dependent civilisations helpless. Gremlyn could then fire this energy back at its enemies. With no opposition, Gremlyn prepared to conquer all of Mobius. However, it was destroyed by a trebuchet operated by Amy Rose and Tekno the Canary, a boulder fired from the weapon crushing the robot. Not completely wrecked, Gremlyn was driven away by the police.
