The Regurgitator is a villain from the TV series Phineas And Ferb and is described as "The World's Most Evil Villain" - he is rumored to be even more villainious than Dr. Doofenshmirtz (the show's most recurring villain). He first appeared in the episode Oh, There You Are Perry as the main antagonist and later makes a cameo appearance in the episode Rollercoaster: The Musical!.
