Quicker Than the Eye was a Jani technique which taught that out in the open, in a stand-up fight, he would usually be at a disadvantage to a typical regular soldier or an Ebonite fighter. Therefore, he must rely on quick and stealthy movement — to escape direct confrontation, to beat an enemy to the punch, or to strike with the advantage of surprise.
