Obtained at Smuggler Fundamentals V. * When using this skill be wary, you can not buy back the items directly through the fence, but you must head to a junk dealer and use the buy back option. The junk dealer only holds 10 items to buy back so if you sell more than that at once to a Fence, you may not be able to buy back your items. * When selling to a Fence you do not make as much money as you might selling to a Junk Dealer.
