Marilyn Park is the estranged mother of Harvey Park, the patient in the Season 1 episode Love Hurts. She is married to Clyde Park. She was portrayed by actress Elizabeth Sung. Marilyn and Clyde disowned their son once they found out he was sexually excited by being hurt. They found it humiliating within their tight knit Korean-American community. She is angry with House when he tricks them into coming to the hospital on the pretence of telling them Harvey is dead. However, when House threatens to reveal that Harvey died because they wouldn't provide the necessary consent for Harvey's surgery, they capitulated.
