An extremely difficult technique to perform, the user creates a constant breeze with fine, minute electrical charges. These charges will interfere with the electrical signals sent by the nervous system of the victim, inducing something similar to a seizure. While useful, this technique needs intense focus, so it is difficult to perform on more than one target at the same time. Furthermore for the effect to continue, the electrical breeze must be present, otherwise the victim will recover their mobility (though they will be exhausted).
